The Universal Basic Pay will be funded by All South African Citizens when purchasing goods and services from businesses.
PERSONAL INCOME TAX
Personal Income Tax will be reasonably reduced, for the current Tax Payers to fully embrace and appreciate the UBP benefit.
SALES
All sales in the Republic of South Africa will be taxed through a new tax called Universal Sales Tax (UST)
HOW THIS BOOSTS THE ECONOMY
In this way, all South African Citizens will meaningfully participate in the Country’s economy.
WHO QUALIFIES FOR UBP
Both Employed and Unemployed South African Citizens will qualify for the Universal Basic Pay (UBP), including those currently receiving social grants.
THE CHILD GRANT
The Child grant will be abolished, to discourage children from desperately falling pregnant in order to access the Grant.
